Can you ship it straight to them?

Yes. Enter their address at checkout. Every email comes to you, so the surprise stays a surprise.

Can I add a note?

Yes. Add a message and we'll email you a printable card with their portrait and your words (it's a note card, not a store gift card), so you have something to hand over while the portrait is on its way.

Will it arrive in time?

You'll see a real delivery estimate before you pay. If it's a gift, tell us the date and we'll say honestly whether it makes it. In the weeks before Christmas, Mother's Day and Father's Day, the order-by date is shown at the top of the page, and all of them are on our Shipping page.

I don't have a great photo of their pet. What now?

A clear phone photo where the face is easy to see is all we need. Many gift-givers use one from a shared album or social media. If it won't work, the preview tells you right away, for free.

Do I really see my own pet before I pay?

Yes. Upload a photo, add your email, and we'll show you a free, watermarked preview of your pet in the style you picked, usually in under a minute (we email you a copy too). You only pay if you love where it's going.

What if the final portrait doesn't look like my pet?

You see a final proof before anything is printed: approve it or ask for changes, free (up to 3 rounds). If we don't hear back within 48 hours, we print it as shown. A real person on our team checks every portrait for likeness, markings and spelling before you see it.

How is the art made?

Portraits are digitally created with AI-assisted tools from your photo, then reviewed and finished by our team. We don't claim they're hand-painted — we do promise they look like your pet.
