Love it, or we make it right.

After you order, we email you a final proof. If anything isn't right — the likeness, a marking, the spelling of a name — tell us what to change. Up to 3 rounds of changes are included free.

If you decide you don't want the portrait before approving the proof, write to us and we'll cancel the order and refund you in full.

To keep things moving (and get your portrait to you on time), proofs are approved automatically 48 hours after we send them if you haven't replied. We show this before you pay and in the proof email. If you need more time, just reply and we'll hold it.

Once you've approved the proof, your portrait goes to print. Because it's a custom item, we can't offer refunds or returns for a change of mind after approval.

We'll make it right with a free remake or a refund (your choice) if your print:

• arrives damaged (torn canvas, broken frame, dents or scratches),
• has a print defect (smudges, banding, colors clearly different from the approved proof), or
• isn't the size, style or portrait you approved.

Email support@getmasterpaw.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. You don't need to send it back.

If your tracking shows no progress for 7 days, or your parcel never arrives, let us know. We'll file the claim and send a remake or a refund. Details on our shipping page.

High-resolution digital files are delivered after you approve your proof and can't be refunded once downloaded, unless the file is faulty.

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Banks usually show them within 5–10 business days.
