From photo to your door
Your final proof
We create the full-resolution portrait and email you a proof, usually within 24 hours of your order.
You approve
Approve it, or ask for free changes. If we don't hear back within 48 hours, we print it as shown.
Printing
2–5 business days to print, stretch and pack your canvas in the USA.
Delivery
3–6 business days in transit. You'll get tracking by email as soon as it ships.
You'll see an estimated delivery date before you pay. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays. Carriers get busier in December, so transit can run a day or two longer.
Holiday order-by dates
- ChristmasOrder by Mon, December 7 · arrives by December 24
- Mother's DayOrder by Wed, April 21 · arrives by May 8
- Father's DayOrder by Wed, June 2 · arrives by June 19
These dates assume you approve your proof within a day. Approving quickly is the best way to get it there sooner.
Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States. Alaska, Hawaii and other remote addresses can take a few extra days in transit. We don't ship internationally yet.
Sending a gift? Enter the recipient's address at checkout. All emails, including tracking, come to you so the surprise stays a surprise.
Changing your address
We can change the shipping address until your portrait goes to print (right after you approve the proof). Reply to your order email or write to support@getmasterpaw.com as soon as possible.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your tracking hasn't moved in a while, or your portrait arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Send a photo of any damage and the packaging if you can.
We'll file the claim with our printer and carrier for you, and send a free remake or a refund. You don't need to send anything back.
