Portraits are digitally created with AI-assisted tools from your photo, then reviewed and finished by our team. We don't claim they're hand-painted — we do promise they look like your pet.

We create the full-resolution portrait and email you a final proof, usually within 24 hours. Approve it, or tell us what to change. If we don't hear back within 48 hours, we print it as shown.

We only create original costumes and scenes — no movie, TV, game or brand characters, logos or celebrities. Our royal costumes are our own designs.

Yes: king, queen, admiral, general, duchess or duke. Try each one on at the top of the Royal page, or skip it and we'll start with a king or a queen from your answers. You can still change it before anything is printed. Add a name and a title like “Duke of the Sofa” for the nameplate.

Yes. Add their name, years and an optional short line like “Forever in our hearts.” We typeset it carefully and check the spelling with you on the proof.

Yes. Before you add their photo, we gently ask where they were happiest and whether there was something they loved, like a ball or a blanket. We paint them there, with it beside them, and you can describe a place in your own words too. You'll see it all in your free preview.

Often, yes. Upload your best photo and we'll tell you honestly in the preview. If several photos show different details, reply to our email and our team will take a look.
